~ website that under property developer company (Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd)

Analysis: 

Nice

~ The website is clean and clear. 

~ The arrangement is quite clear.

~ Nice login navigation design.

~ Nice photos used. 

Weak 

• ~ The phone number there is a bit annoying.
• ~ The slide photo in the homepage is nice but as a users, if the photo clearly state where it is and provide links that can links to the detail's page of it will be better.
•  
• ~ Sometime will get lost when click into some pages that provide 2ndery navigation bar and the 2ndery navigation bar suddenly gone when user click into some page button that provide by the 3ndary navigation bar.

• ~ The footer of the page is just like the sitemap of the website, but not sure why they need so much navigation button to visit to a same link. Sitemap that provide at the footer is useful, but it will grab the attention of user instead of using the navigation bar provide.

• ~ The arrow sign ">" which on the left side of Our Township button and Our Neighborhoods button is confusing when I 1st explore to the website. Even it provide the meaning of it is a scroll down menu, but it also seen like the symbol that bring the meaning of "under". Example: the ">" that place after the home icon and before the button of Our Township bring the meaning of "Our Township page is under the page of Homepage". It is ok when it place like this, but when the ">" of the Our Neighborhood button come along, it seen like a bit confusing, some more the break line that separate the button of "Our Township" and "Our Neighborhood" is hard to see.
